Data we process
For client inquiries we process name, company, e-mail, phone, message content, and information about the requested role. For candidates we process contact details, professional experience, availability, language skills, preferred location, and information you provide in the message, CV, or profile link.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to inquiries, prepare offers, manage selection processes, connect clients and candidates, perform contracts, and protect legal claims. Legal bases include pre-contract steps, contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent for optional analytics.
Who receives the data
We share data only with people involved in handling the inquiry, selected clients or candidates where needed for the selection process, and technical suppliers such as hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics, and website administration. We do not share data for database sales or unsolicited third-party marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember cookie settings. Optional analytics is used only after consent to measure visits and improve content. You can change consent at any time via the Cookies link in the footer.
Retention
Inquiries and business communication are kept for the negotiation period and then only as needed to protect legal claims, usually no longer than 3 years after the last communication. Accounting and contractual documents are kept for statutory periods. Candidate data is kept during active selection and afterwards only where appropriate for follow-up cooperation or with consent.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
